Mahesh Karki is the Founder and Managing Partner of SHIV NEXUS GLOBAL LLP, an international business group focused on telecommunications, electronics manufacturing, agribusiness, cold chain infrastructure, international trade, and strategic investments across emerging markets.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Mahesh has built a distinguished career spanning telecommunications infrastructure, manufacturing, global sourcing, exports, and agricultural infrastructure development. His academic background in Electronics and Communication provided the foundation for a successful career with leading telecom organizations, including HFCL, Page Link, Cellforce Cellular, Orange, Hutchison, and Vodafone India.
During his corporate career, he led numerous network rollout and infrastructure projects and was honoured with Vodafone India's Best Innovation and "Make the Difference – Best Project Rollout" awards for outstanding project execution and operational excellence.
Driven by a long-term vision, Mahesh established M/s. Trilokpati Food Processing Pvt. Ltd. in 2012, entering the agricultural sector with the belief that food security represents one of the world's most resilient investment opportunities. Under his leadership, the company continues to grow successfully and is expanding into modern agricultural infrastructure through a 10,000 MT cold storage project and a 20,000 MT licensed warehouse, supporting efficient supply chains and post-harvest management.

MR. KESUR PITHIA
Mr. Kesur Naranbhai Pithia is a Civil Engineer (B.E.) and a seasoned entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in civil engineering, industrial construction, and infrastructure development. He founded Build Well Engineering in 1990 and has grown it into a leading engineering company with the prestigious AAA Class Government Contractor License, along with registrations with Indian Railways, National Highways, and ONGC.
Leveraging his extensive expertise in infrastructure, Mr. Pithia has also partnered with SHIV HORIZON GLOBAL LLP, working alongside Mr. Mahesh Karki, who brings extensive international experience in the telecom sector. Together, they are delivering integrated telecom infrastructure solutions, combining civil engineering excellence with advanced telecommunications technologies for domestic and international markets.
Under his leadership, Build Well Engineering has successfully executed numerous large-scale civil, structural, and fabrication projects, achieving an annual turnover of approximately ₹200 Crore (₹2,000 Million) through an unwavering commitment to quality, safety, and engineering excellence.
Expanding his long-term vision beyond construction, Mr. Pithia has also ventured into agricultural infrastructure through M/s. Trilokpati Food Processing Pvt.
